*The pricing of each dog varies according to size, coat type, breed, behavior and maintenance of coat amongst other factors. Estimates can be given over the phone but they may change upon assessing your pet in person.

Policies:

Each appointment has a 15 minute grace period. Out of courtesy to our other appointments, any late arrivals will be rescheduled. If there is availability to take your pet after being late, a late fee of 20$ will be applied to your total. 

We request cancellation at least 24 hours ahead of time to give us a chance to fill the appointment. Multiple same day cancellations, late arrivals or no shows will result in a nonrefundable deposit needed to book your next appointment. The deposit is forfeited if more than 15 minutes late, you no show or cancel same day. 

We try our best to communicate when your pet will be ready to ensure a quick pickup. Early appointments have a 90 minute period to pick up their dog. Last appointments of the day (12:00,12:30) must pick up no later than closing time. Failure to pickup before the 90 minutes expires or picking up after closing time will result in a late pick up fee determined by how late it is. 

Please communicate with us ahead of time if there are any scheduling conflicts with drop off or pick up time so that we can do our best to try to arrange things. Even one person being 15 minutes late can affect the rest of our appointments. Thank you for your cooperation. 🐾
